Non-Clinical Art Therapy

*Services offered for children 5 to 105 *

Our non-clinical art therapy sessions offer a gentle, creative space for self-expression, reflection, and emotional renewal. Unlike traditional clinical therapy, these sessions are not focused on diagnosis or treatment. Instead, they invite you to explore your inner world through the process of making art — as a way to connect with your emotions, reduce stress, and rediscover joy.

Guided by an experienced artist / art therapist facilitator, each session encourages mindfulness, curiosity, and personal growth. You don’t need any artistic experience — just a willingness to create and be present.

These sessions are ideal for anyone seeking:

  • A deeper connection to self and your nature

  • Relief from daily stress and anxiety

  • A nurturing environment for emotional balance

  • A mindful, hands-on practice for personal well-being

Art becomes a language of healing, helping you find clarity and calm through color, texture, and form.

Group sessions

Small group of people reunited with a goal in mind . The group will be guided with an activity to achieve a certain result . Sessions are usually 1h-1:30h . These sessions are usually done “ a la carte “

Private sessions

These sessions are usually based as a therapy plan but could also be “ a la carte” if needed. The goal is to pin point the issue that affects the client and work towards releasing it using different art techniques. These sessions usually last for 1h each.

Forest Therapy

Forest therapy, also known as forest bathing, is a guided experience that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural world. Rooted in mindfulness and sensory awareness, this practice encourages you to engage with the forest through gentle movement, observation, and stillness — allowing nature to restore balance to your body and mind.

During a forest therapy session, you’ll be guided through a series of invitations designed to awaken your senses, deepen your presence, and foster a sense of peace and belonging. There is no rush, no goal to achieve — only the opportunity to be fully immersed in the living landscape around you.

These sessions are perfect for anyone seeking:

  • Stress relief and emotional grounding

  • A deeper connection to nature and self

  • Renewal of creativity and focus

  • A mindful, restorative outdoor experience

Forest therapy is not about hiking or exercise; it’s about slowing down enough to truly notice — the sound of wind in the trees, the scent of earth, the rhythm of your own breath. It’s a return to harmony with the natural world and with yourself.

Group walks

Participants are supported in slowing down, grounding, and deepening their sense of presence. Each session is guided by a facilitator but we let the forest do the therapy. Group walks are usually on predetermined sites and allow for minimal effort. Being able to walk in a trail is required. Walks are usually 1h long and finished with an herbal tea and a short meditation on site.
